Wording 2007
For those who "do not" qualify under the normal ETFS
questionnaire, your option is still to submit the Medical Questionnaire, but
in addition to have your family Doctor complete the MD Questionnaire, and
remit all apps to me for processing. ETFS will look at individual cases and
advise if they are able to offer insurance or not. The medical questionnaire
is downloadable from

Multi-Trip Annual Plan offers:
- Multi-Trip Annual Plans: 9, 16, 30 or 60
days outside of Canada.This includes unlimited
travel within Canada, outside of your province or
territory of residence
- Single Trip Daily Plans: up to 182 days
(212 days for Ontario residents), outside your
province, territory of residence or Canada
- Canada Plan: take a trip within Canada
(outside your province or territory of residence) at
a GREAT rate and with no medical questionnaire
- 55 to 74 Vacation Plan: take a trip up to
15 days outside of Canada with no medical
questionnaire
- Medical Underwriting Plan: if you are not
eligible for the Standard Plan, you may apply for

ETFS RSA Viator Expatriate Medical Insurance
for long extended stays out of Canada, without Provincial Health Care
Coverage. This is "primary medical/hospital insurance" and can be
purchased by a Canadian citizen who no longer carries Canadian government
health insurance. For those Canadians on extended stays out of Canada,
this plan can also be purchased as you are not required by the company to
return to Canada for medical care.
